Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the credit will be applied to your next invoice.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. You can either upgrade your plan or purchase additional resources on-demand. We never stop your uploads unexpectedly.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new customers. If you're not satisfied with Tonta, we'll refund your payment, no questions asked.
What payment methods do you accept?
