Business and Agency plans include priority routing — just mention your account email when you write in.

Before you email

  • Include the uploader ID you're using — but never share your API key in public channels.
  • Paste any error messages from your browser or server console.
  • Tell us which origin is calling the API — most 403s are a missing domain allow-list.
