Business and Agency plans include priority routing—just mention your account email when you write in.
Before You Email
- Include the uploader ID and API key you’re using (never share secrets in public channels).
- Paste any error messages from
/home/runcloud/webapps/tonta/error.log or your console.
- Let us know which origin/domain is calling the API—most 403s are caused by missing domain allow-lists.
