Description of Service

Tonta.io provides image upload infrastructure services, including but not limited to image hosting, API access, and related tools for developers and businesses.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys
  • All activities and uploads that occur under your account
  • Ensuring uploaded content complies with our policies and all applicable laws
  • Paying applicable fees on time

Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

  • Violates any law or regulation, including content that is abusive, exploitative, or otherwise illegal
  • Infringes on intellectual property or publicity rights
  • Contains malware, harmful code, or attempts to disrupt the service
  • Is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
  • Violates the privacy rights of others

We reserve the right to scan, review, or otherwise inspect uploads (automated or manual) to enforce these restrictions. Accounts may be suspended or permanently banned after a single confirmed instance of illegal content.

Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability.

We take privacy and security seriously, but no hosted service can eliminate all risk. You agree that we are not liable for breaches or exposure caused by user error, credential leaks, or misuse of API keys.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

Tonta.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. You remain fully responsible for any content you upload and any harm it causes.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
